Returns are authorized for Refunds:
Our return period is for 30 days. During the holiday shopping season, we will extend the return period to January 31 for all purchases between November 1 to December 31.
Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the return is accepted by our returns department.

Please enclose a copy of the order with order ID and name inside the package to help us identify the return. We do not provide a pick up service for the package. USPS is the best method to use.

We provide free returns!! At this moment here is no place where you can get a return label, so if you wish you return a item back to us please message us here or email us at email@example.com, please include, your order ID#, the title of the item, or the SKU, and that you would like to a return shipping label. If you have any questions you're welcome to contact us. By accepting/using our return label you are agreeing to our return fee terms and regulations
For hat returns, please use the original shipping box. If you are using a different shipping box for hats, please contact us with the weight and size of the box (including the merchandise). If the original shipping box is not available, please use a box large enough to keep the shape of the hat without crushing the hat.
Refunds are processed for the full amount of the purchase price minus original shipping charges for merchandise returned to our center in original, unused condition.
**Returning used or damaged items: If the returning item is not in the condition that was shipped to you may be subject to 30% restocking fee or $20 whichever is less. Please return all items including the shoe box in original condition with all tools, tags, and stickers on the merchandise. Shoe box should be covered with wrapping paper or plastic bag before taping the box, and do not tape directly on the box. Taped box may be subject to 30% restocking fee or $20, whichever is less.
Please don't use a box to return shoes. If your return over passes the weight limit because a box was used to return, There will be a return restocking fee(50%) applied, Non negotiable or disputable. By accepting our return label you are agreeing to our return fee terms and regulations about over passing the weight limit by using a box to return instead of wrapping the shoe box with a bag or craft paper.
