Return Policy

Returns are authorized for Refunds:

Our return period is for 30 days. During the holiday shopping season, we will extend the return period to January 31 for all purchases between November 1 to December 31.

Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the return is accepted by our returns department.

If you need to exchange, we recommend submitting a new order for the correct item or
Contact us via email at requesting the size you need to exchange for or include a note inside your return package with name and order number.

Please enclose a copy of the order with order ID and name inside the package to help us identify the return. We do not provide a pick up service for the package. USPS is the best method to use. Returns Processing Center

We provide free returns!! At this moment here is no place where you can get a return label, so if you wish you return a item back to us please message us here or email us at, please include, your order ID#, the title of the item, or the SKU, and that you would like to a return shipping label. If you have any questions you're welcome to contact us.

For hat returns, please use the original shipping box and take off all old labels. If you are using a different shipping box for hats, please contact us with the weight and size of the box (including the merchandise).

Refunds are processed for the full amount of the purchase price minus original shipping charges for merchandise returned to our center in original, unused condition.

**Returning used or damaged items: If the returning item is not in the condition that was shipped to you may be subject to 30% restocking fee or $20 whichever is less. Please return all items including the shoe box in original condition with all tools, tags, and stickers on the merchandise. Shoe box should be covered with wrapping paper or plastic bag before taping the box, and do not tape directly on the box. Taped box may be subject to 30% restocking fee or $20, whichever is less.

For hat returns, if the original shipping box is not available, please use a box large enough to keep the shape of the hat without crushing the hat.
